Refund and Returns Policy

নিম্নলিখিত শর্ত পূরণ হলে গ্রাহক পণ্য রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ করতে পারবেন:

1. পণ্যটি অব্যবহৃত এবং মূল অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে।
2. ক্রয় বা ডেলিভারির ৩–৭ দিনের মধ্যে রিটার্ন আবেদন করতে হবে।
3. পণ্যের সাথে মূল প্যাকেজিং, ইনভয়েস এবং আনুষঙ্গিক সামগ্রী থাকতে হবে।
4. গ্রাহকের ব্যবহারের কারণে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য রিটার্নযোগ্য নয়।
5. ইলেকট্রনিক্স পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে ব্র্যান্ডের ওয়ারেন্টি নীতি প্রযোজ্য হবে।

রিফান্ড অনুমোদিত হলে তা প্রদান করা হবে:

• নগদ অর্থ ফেরত
• পণ্য পরিবর্তন (Exchange)
• স্টোর ক্রেডিট

রিটার্ন বা রিফান্ড সংক্রান্ত চূড়ান্ত সিদ্ধান্ত Invensef Supershop কর্তৃপক্ষ গ্রহণ করবে।

Customers may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

1. The product must be unused and in original condition.
2. Return request must be made within 3–7 days of purchase or delivery.
3. The product must include original packaging, invoice, and accessories.
4. Products damaged by misuse are not eligible for return.
5. Electronics products will follow brand warranty policy if applicable.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed through:

• Cash refund
• Product exchange
• Store credit

The final decision regarding return or refund will be made by Invensef Supershop management.
